I had issues with my battery which was purchased by the dealer on 10/2. Ny car has N extendex warranty. I must say that i was good with the extra mile i received from the techa. I just cant complain. I was there min 1 hr and with my grandson sleeping. Thank you guys.
Went to get a new tire cause my old tire ripped. I got upsold on an alignment. Drove the car 2 blocks and the car pulls completely to the left. Car never had alignment issues prior. Went back to Pepboys five minutes from leaving and now I have to wait for another car to get alignment before they put my car back up....... was already at pepboys for 2 hours even with an appointment. Son unos rateros ladrones, estafadores, a mi por un motor de arranque y un sensor me cobraron $1 500.00 cobraron en exceso todo lo que les dió la gana, eso fué en la calle 8 sw y la 23 ave, Miami Florida.
These people definitely give the shittiest service ever. Not only did I give it 2 chances and had the worst experience but they really don't care about your concerns for your car. They only care about your money! :: driving around the streets with the squeakiest brakes in town::
Do not go to this one if your not spanish!! They talk to only spanish friendly and try to look over those who are not Spanish. Also they do not listen to any of there diagnostics.. They told me I needed a new engine when only I needed minor work like fluids checked..
I ordered and paid two items on Tuesday July 5 to be picked up next day Wednesday July 6. At the moment of pick up, my order was not ready to be picked up and no one at the store knew where my items were. After asking to three employees and requesting to contact the store from where my items were supposed to be sent, I was told that the delivery person never brought my items. When should I be receiving my items? Who knows !!!!
