Brought my car for brakes and rotors change. They told me 2 hours but didn’t say they didn’t have the parts in the shop, so I’m back after 2 hours and the manager, William, tells me that I’ll have to wait 1 hour and a half more, because they sent an associate for the parts. It’s 6:30 and I brought my car at 2:30. You should not withhold information from the customers. Give them the option of not wasting their entire day, because of your lack of professionalism.
Very quick and efficient. In and out within an hour.
If I could give less stars I would I had an appointment for 8 am and had to wait 30 min to check in (I got there at like 7:50) I then had to wait 2 1/2 hours for my car to be done � I was only getting an oil change. It was ridiculous only positive side was the guy who rung me out at the end felt bad for me having to wait for so long he gave me a discount. I had people leave before me that got there after me. If someone has an appointment for a certain time you take care of them first. NEVER GOING BACK TO PEPBOYS
Great customer service. Reasonable waiting time, do not puch oversale. Fair price.
