What is the point of making an appointment? We were there at 10:30am as scheduled. But we're told it would be an hour and a half wait. Fine. We returned at1:00. And still they haven't even touched the car. So I'm told by the guy. I can give you your car keys back right now if you want. What a total Dick!! I've been waiting all this time. I setted up an appointment for an oil change. They never told me there still will be a wait. Which is 2+ hour wait. I took my keys and walked out after waiting for 2 hours. No one apologized or even tried to do something about the situation. This place sucks! I don't mind paying 3× more for a BETTER service. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED.
Pepboys is nothing more than a joke charging for wk that's was never done I would not recommend them I rather have mickey the mouse wk on my truck what a joke
