I took my car to Pep boys for an oil change Thursday evening. The next night (Friday) the oil light came on. The next morning (Saturday) I headed to work. As soon as I hit the freeway the engine got louder, as I started to pull over the engine shut off. The engine was blown. There was no oil or no filter of any kind in the car. Pep boys has refused go take responsibility. The damages are costing me $2,120! I'VE NEVER GONE TO PEP BOYS BEFORE AND I NEVER WILL EVER AGAIN! DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!
I was the first one in line . The gentleman at the counter was very professional & nice spoken . Told him that needed an oil change for my truck and there was a little confusion in the price but he took care of that issue right away . Told the other lady I needed windshield wipers and she took care of that and proceeded to the gentlemen . The Technician took care of all that needed to be done , Jesse , that's the only name that I saw . I also got a Quote on tires . Sooo overall I believe that they ALL did a Great Job .

Went in for an alignment, paid $20 for a quote only to be told that I needed shocks, struts, and some other crap totaling $1400. When I declined the extra work the guy refused to do my alignment. When I got there to pick up my vehicle I was told it was a bad tire causing me my problems which was NEVER mentioned earlier. My estimate for repairs was not even written on my receipt. My mother has been here since 3:45..... It's 5:18 and she still hasn't gotten her inspection done...... This place sucks!!!!!
I had a window that had a lifetime warranty, well it broke and I spoke with a person who identified himself as the service Manager, bring back )we had purchased 4 tires) and we will fix it NO CHARGE! We were super excited. Well first the part was delayed, so we have them a little longer and then they rescheduled the appointment and never called us. Finally we showed up at 8am and are told, it will cost you $100 ! What a way to run a business! LIES
