I was there from 1pm to get tires on and wheel alignment then i was told i need new rotors and brakes so i had them put it on. Never did i think it was going to take 3 boxes of rotors to put on my car. I didnt get out till 7.
Was in for a battery change, took 5 hrs to replace it.
I love the work that Pep Boys did on my vehicles repairing my shocks changing my windshield wiper blades they was very polite and friendly will return again for future repairs
I had an appointment and they didnt get.me in till after 11 and they are not friendly at all and way over priced i hate that our warranty with this co. Sick of being put off i am a customer
I was completely Disgusted with the service. I had an appointment at 2, for an oil change, Got there at 1:30 and was told we gave to many appt at 2, so they could not work on my vehicle till 4!! Came back at 3:30 and was told come back at 5, Everyone there was rude, had no care in the world that people rearrange there schedules and nake appointments for a reason, a worker even left and all the workers laughed and joked with each other, laughed that customers were upset, they get a zero for customer service and A zero for ser... read more
I like their service it was quick I was at the dance I left the dance and came back and they've even I had gone to fix my car it was that fast
Bad service. Too long for the battery check and installation.
got new tires, tpms, an alignment done...in out pretty quick
