I had an appointment at noon to have two tires put on. They told me it would take 2 hours. I'm sitting here 5 hours later still waiting on my car. The staff is unfriendly and unapologetic.

I love the honesty, the patience with my 150 questions I ask, only because I don’t trust just anyone to work on my car, but most of all the positive atmosphere and energy I feel when I walk thru the doors. Thank you!!! I’ll definitely keep coming here!! 5 stars ⭐️ for me

Excellent service. Did exactly what I asked, and did not pressure me into services I did not need. Accepted I was going to do work myself and did not use "scare tactics" other places have used, like implying my car will turn into a WMD and ISIS will win if I don't get all repairs done in house ( looking at you Newport News VA Pep Boys). Great staff, very knowledgeable and helpful, with no BS. I will be back, Thanks!
