4 hours for a scheduled tire replacement. First appointment of the day. Ridiculous.
I brought my truck in for a tune up, they didn't call me after hours so I called to check in. They snapped a spark plug pulling it out of my truck and had to repair it, they also informed me they only made it up to spark plug 5 and will not be continuing because it was not worth their time. I would NEVER have brought my vehicle to such a hack shop if k knew this was going to happen. THEY TOOK A WHOLE DAY LOST MY LUG NUT AND CALLED ME A LIAR SAYING I BROUGHT MY VAN IN WITH ALL THE LIGHTS ON THE DASH BOARD ON
Never anybody at the register to check out, it takes longer to pay then it does to get what I need from the store...
