I think if you make an appointment you should be taken on time. My appointment was 11:00 and they didn't take the car in until almost 11:30. Why make an appointment. People make appointments because we have other things to do, so being taken on time is very important. Not sure I will go back.
Scheduled an oil change for 4pm. Arrived 10 minutes early to check in, only to be told that it would be a while - probably under an hour. 50 minutes later my car was still in the parking lot untouched. I kindly asked for my keys back and left. I did not revive an apology for the deplorable service. Horrible first impression, will never return.
Beware. Had a catalytic converter replaced in Sept 2016 (original one installed by same Pep Boys location in Nov 2014). Went to my regular mechanic today because check engine light was on. He noticed catalytic converter was being held in place with muffler putty and no clamp. How many other people are they doing this to?
Went there 3/13/17 the day before the storm they were swamped! But I got 4 tires and an alignment within a reasonable amount of time and was very satisfied! Also love my new tires!!
This is a great auto body shop! Everyone is always friendly and Larry has taken awesome care of our vehicles for years. Superb service!
Manager or the person at the register was great. Bought 4 tires, had them installed no problem. They could not get my spare tire back in the right spot under the truck. Said the mechanism must be stuck or frozen. Hhmmm i got home checked it out. Wow i had no problem doing it. Either they were dumb or just did not want to do it. I pick the last. Just did not want to put it back... dont know if i can trust them to do work on my truck again.
Great service, cost effective and quick! They take care of all my vehicles a BMW, a Nissan and Jeep Always a well done job
