RecommendedMy tire had a slow leak, which we eventually figured out was the Schrader valve in the valve stem. They replaced the tire the first time and it went flat again but we returned the next morning and they fixed the valve and replaced the tire a second time for free. They also replaced my TPMS sensor free of charge as it had been busted from driving on the flat tire. It costed me less than they had originally estimated and service was done fairly quick. I would recommend if you need a quick tire replacement.

I was there to have brake pads and rotors installed. They found more repairs to add onto it and then i came back today and now they told me i need new hoses too which made the price hundreds more than what they quoted me. Do not go here unless you like being given the runaround for a job that is supposed to be a simple one and done. And charged bookoo bucks for it. This place is a complete rip off
I have been going to Pep Boys for many years now an I have to say they mayb high in some prices but the staff are certified and knowledgeable. My daughter went to a garage off of Jefferson Blvd for a fuel pump, injector an a few other things that weekend.....the cost was 825. Yea it was a good price but when she drove home an parked it, the car was leaking all the gas she just put in....�. Cheaper is not always the best way to go....you get what you pay for!!! Amazing service!! I had an oil change and tire rotation and i was in and out in an hour! also the cheapest place around!!!!
Bobby, a service advisor there was pleasant to deal with, he was great, although I was there for 4 hours he totally felt my frustrations and helped me with my instant credit issues yesterday. He was great, and I hope pep boys know they have someone there that not only does the work but deals with impatience customers too such as myself and handled his composure with me. Staff was extremely rude! I scheduled an oil change for my jeep and was in the waiting area for an hour and a half before I decided to ask what the hold up was. The woman was very rude after I stated an hour and a half wait for an oil change was a little much. A polite explanation would have gone a long way but this woman was condescending and walked away in the middle of our conversation yelling to me over her shoulder as she walked away. I will NEVER come back to a Pep-Boys after this experience.
