Had a 9 o'clock appointment. They said it'd be an hour job. 3 and 1\2 hours later they have me swipe my card. They say it wasn't read the 1st time and to swipe again. Well it was read the 1st time. They tried to charge me twice! place is a nightmare!
They lie CONSTANTLY! They claim they had to take apart my exhaust to get to my starter, thinking I’m an idiot and don’t know any better. Took them 7 days to even put the starter in to begin with. Very rude. Very unprofessional. I also received a text that my car was ready to be picked up, yet waited an additional 2 hours to even get my car. NEVER AGAIN
3/4 tires installed backwards on rims, shop is "too busy with other appointments" to fix the mistakes since I had already paid
RecommendedHonest and transparent! I was told by another repair place that I needed to replace all four tire sensors and/or valve stems. Pep Boys encouraged me to order the parts online for in-store pickup to save me almost $160. When I arrived earlier today, they could have charged me for replacing the tire sensors but were very honest in showing me just the valve stems needed replacing, which would save me $275 overall. They go above and beyond for customer satisfaction
The service is terrible they do not honor when you call to make an appointment. I called ahead a technician told me to come over and they don’t close to 8 PM and they will do the inspection I arrived and I was told there is a two hour wait but I had to sit there and I could not leave and come back, and there was a 50-50 shot on top of them that they would not even get to my car.

Hate waiting around for a while when my car is getting worked on so I was a bit more proactive this time in setting up an appointment. I have currently been here for 2 hours waiting on 2 tires to be replaced. Makes me wonder why I even bothered making an appointment in the first place. On top of that they tried haggling me for an extra $1200 for repairs that I never asked for. Avoid at all costs, plenty of other places to bring your car to. Still waiting on the tires as I write this
