I just had the most amazing experience at my Brandon Pep Boys with Jeffrey and Brad. They were so helpful I was relieved. I came in with a flat tire, barely got to their location and they greeted me with smiles and said they would help me with whatever I needed. I actually needed a new air valve on the tire, but their speed at working to fix my tire amazed me. I will have a wonderful afternoon now that they made my day much brighter. I had a 11 am appointment for a brake inspection. I was told it would be about an hour. 2 and a half hours later they still haven't even looked at it. I asked what was wrong and was told they had 2 big jobs ahead of mine. the three people who came in after me who didn't have an appointment all were out after an hour. no explanation was given.
This place is one of the worst automotive shops that i have ever seen!!!! Stop firing your managers and start with thise Sorry bum service technicians.I know this one tech that’s been there over 5 years and can’t do a oil change right.Start by firing him and things will get better!!!
Car has been in the shop there 13 days. Paid 2400 to get fixed. Didn't even make it down the street and car is still there waiting for someone to call me. Never going back!!! To pissed to write full review. Location Montlimar Mobile, Al
Made my appointment online, showed up 5 minutes early, dropped my car off for a slow leak in one of the tires, walked next door, ate lunch, went back to the store, sat around for another hour, asked for my keys back, asked them if they were going to charge me for parking my car there for two hours and left. Two mechanics were standing around in the lobby office and every rack was full with no one working on any of the cars. By the way, I bought the tires from them and have road hazard insurance on them! This is by far the worst experience we’ve had with a mechanic shop. There is a long back story involving poor customer service, mis diagnosing the initial problem, sending notices that the car was finished before it was and asking that we no longer use the app and communicate with them directly, and on and on but the worst was charging for a NEW battery and alternator and after a nightmare of dealing with them and getting the car 2 days after promised- the car wouldn’t start after being driven for one hour. I was in there last week for an oil change. Been using this shop for the last few years. When done I was given a laundry list of things wrong with my car on top of the housing piece that needed replacing. I brought my car to another shop today, the tires are not dry rotted, I dont need brakes or rotors. They checked the oil today too and it was a quart low as they did not put the oil plug back in properly. I will never go back and I suggest everyone stay away. Moreno Valley, California Apt 1:00 O'clock August 25,2023 Drop vehicle off at 1:00 p.m. appointment time I had to call the service department around 4:25 p.m. I was told there were two other vehicles ahead of my vehicle because my vehicle had not been seen or inspected yet!
