Experience was poor, took way to long and they mandated an unneeded wiper replacement to pass inspection. They also senselessly revved the engine on my car.
3 hours. it took 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I had made an appointment days ago for 3pm. at 5pm i asked how much longer it would take...THEY WERENT EVEN LOOKING AT MY CAR YET. 45 minutes later I go up to ask again. oh, it was finished, they just forgot to call me up. seriously, if you're not gonna follow up with the appointments busy people make then dont advertise it!! besides that I asked for them to fill up my windshield wiper fluid and they seemed to have forgotten that part. thanks guys. big thanks. im ... read more

0/5: The customer service here is garbage, save for a few employees who do try to make up for the majority. Overall just a run-around establishment that does anything to run up charges and make sales. I made the mistake of getting an inspection here and tried to return after my rejection and couldn't get the time of day from the person behind the counter. My husband dropped my jeep off fri afternoon to have 4 tires put on and a inner tie rod end put on and an alignment. Sunday afternoon at 430, only the tires had been put on. They proceeded to tell me that they couldn't do the tie rod end or the alignment because they couldn't get it in the shop because the battery was dead. Well it worked fine sat when they pulled it in the shop to put the tires on. Never once did they call us to let us know what was going on.
