Got 4 new tires last fall. Shook since day one, went back recently for a rotation and balance. Truck shakes worse then before while on the highway! Not going back here, taking it to a real shop.
Always good service at the bay. And I have a favorite tech who knows my vehicle. Up to date and suggestions are mentioned not required like the dealership. It's my judgment. Love the Pep Boy's point dollars, saved a lot on news tires. Thank goodness you still take care of the little people, thank you:)
