Subpar customer service. Auto technician did the work wrong on my car so another location had to fix it. This is the short version of why I would never let even my worst enemy go here.
Dropped the car Tuesday morning for oil change and inspection....contact them around 2pm to check status.....they say 20 more minutes.....no word back we call them at 430 and find out the car is done......find out I need work done as well.....I drop the car back off at 3pm the next day for 1 tire.....the next day I dont hear anything....get done work at 630 to find out they close at 7......no one contacted us all day......this is your example of customer service.....then wonder why you lose business.
got the run around for over a month, trying to get a part for my car. always getting passed from person to person when calling. I gave my money elsewhere and had it done in less than a week
hire people that know what the hell they are doing. took them 2 hours to mount 1 tire onto a rim, get back to the vehicle to put the tire on and they only put 8 pounds of air in the tire knowing the vehicle was gonna be driven then. and this isnt the 1st bad experience with them and tires 😒
Service dept is horrible! The expectation they present you with is NOT the result you get. They really need to get their act together!
They tried to scam me out of $600 worth of repairs when I only went in to get my tire patched. Verified with another, trusted mechanic that I did NOT jn fact need the repairs. Crooks.
We had a 2:00 appointment at the one on fifth street hwy to have snow tires put on. It is now 4:10 and they haven’t even looked at the car! Thanks for wasting my day off, which are few and far between.
I was in Pep Boys twice today in Pottstown and was helped by the kindest people!! In particular, Bob and Nicholas, were great! They were so positive, nice, helpful, knowledgeable. Thank you! :)
