I always have a great experience at this store. The asst manager,Brian is super honest and helpful.
Went to get parts for oil change didn't have nothing no oil filters no air filters so I want to AutoZone they had everything for the oil change for both vehicles looks like I'm going to go to AutoZone for now on
I think the service techs here are great the in store clerks awesome however the service writer Fuji is completely disrespectful and obnoxious. I left without getting my car inspected today and made an appointment elsewhere. Which I feel bad about because I like them but the unprofessional attitude of one employee had my blood boiling
Very unhappy. I've been here a few times in 6 months for simple things and each time I'm extremely frustrated.
How do you put directional tires on wrong bullshit had to come here three times
This store is a joke. I had a 6:00 appointment today. A Monday. All I need is two tires put on and I'm still waiting. I was the only person waiting here for 20 minutes. Now there are three others waiting. If you need to go to a pep boys go to 5th street. Much better service. I've gotten 4 tires done in less time.
This location is awful! My husband schedules oil changes and for the last 2 times has been there for 2+ hrs! That's ridiculous! He even has an appointment! They always seem to have multiple excuses as to why it's taking so long, and never seem sorry about it. Yes this place is convenient, but awful service
I went in an hour and 10 minutes before closing to get a nail removed from my tire and the tire repaired. Instead of helping me they told me they weren't taking anymore cars in since it was close to closing time. Instead they let me and my four year old go out to the parking lot and watched me change my tire. I will be sure to let as many people I know what kind of company Pep Boys is.
absolutely horrible. I only come here because it's close to my house. 2 weeks in a row I scheduled an inspection and no never called me and told me they had no stickers and 2 weeks In a row I come in and have no stickers. I have a scheduled appointment and no 1 called to tell me they can't even do it. Wont be coming here again
