Horrible customer service!! The guy at the parts/service counter had no ability to work with customers and tried to tell me I should not use my coupon and get an $80 oil change.
Never, Never, Never, EVER go to Pep Boys! We had purchased new tires, had an alignment (with their recommendation), then had to have another alignment because nothing changed. About a month later, we drove the car down to take my daughter to college (daughter's car) and the wheel would completely jerk - almost to another lane! So, we had it towed (thank you AAA) to a dealership where they confirmed that Pep Boys did not tighten any of the joints back up after 1 - tires were placed & 2 - after 2 alignments...
Horrible customer service. Asked for help for a heavy object was told there is a cart..... The employee was too worried about going outside to see his woman. We saw them when we walked out without making our purchase, Oh well lost a $300 sale today. Not sure what has happened recently as I used to get great service there. Plenty of other stores to do business with. What a disappointment.
Seriously made one appointment, got there to have oil changed, inspection and emissions done and they took an hour to do an oil change, they weren't busy and then told me there emissions equipment was down. Rescheduled, came back at next appointment and there equipment was down again, no phone call, wasting time off.. extremely unprofessional, as I'm an aircraft mechanic, attention to detail is key to success.
I wouldn't even give them a star. This place sucks don't go here what ever you do. Every time someone goes here they have problems. Don't have the right parts or order you the wrong thing. customer service is terrible.
Didn't have any of the parts I needed, when I went to the service desk the employee there was unmotivated and told me what they had was on the shelf...I've worked in customer service before and you can at least pretend to look it up on the computer or offer to order it. I will be taking my business to Advanced Auto Parts on High St.
Terrible customer service. Ordered a part was told it was in stock now gotta miss work cause they wont let me pick it up
