This is the 2nd time I took my car 2 Pep Boys & couldn't get my car back the same day. I now have 2 take Septa 2 work another night. I really shouldn't have had 2 had my car back here, cause I had the Alternator fixed by Pep Boys back in June 2017, now here i am back again & they didn't get the part in yet. Last time they had my car for like 4 days to fix water pump, Timing belt & Alternator. I feel like I shouldn't have 2 pay for this cause u must of put in a bad Alternator. First that over charge the hours 4 hrs to change a fuel pump...it took me about two to do one....when to pick up truck cause 3500 was to much...gave me key go to truck door open all night. ..never go to your company again..
Lied about all the work that was needed. Lol. I got a 1200 quote. Turned out to be a 120 repair elsewhere
It's always a pleasant experience when I go there. Been going there since 41st & Market Streets Pep Boys close. Unlike the car dealers mechanics they don't try to gouge you for unnecessary work on your car. The female mechanic manager took me to the work area and show me the parts that have to be repaired in order for me to pass my state inspection. I was impressed. Will bring my second car there next week.
