I was here yesterday and after 2 1/2 hours told that I need tires, brakes, and shocks. BUT, they don’t have the parts so I would have to come back the next day!Day 2, there at 9:00AM, waiting,waiting, waiting. At 12:00 NOON, told parts are not delivered yet they are going to go and get them!!! Parts arrive, 10, 15, 20, 25 minutes go by and NO ONE is working on my car!!! And you ask my WHY I wouldn’t recommend this dump!!! Here’s to you Pep Boys!

I would leave a zero star but that isn’t an option if they’re leaving the Pep Boys in New Jersey on Blackhorse Pike in Mount Ephraim which call of the store to make sure my tire was in stock I arrive to find a short little cocky guy to tell me they were out of tire weights and they would not be able to install the tire worst experience ever don’t waste your time or money

This is the 2nd time I took my car 2 Pep Boys & couldn't get my car back the same day. I now have 2 take Septa 2 work another night. I really shouldn't have had 2 had my car back here, cause I had the Alternator fixed by Pep Boys back in June 2017, now here i am back again & they didn't get the part in yet. Last time they had my car for like 4 days to fix water pump, Timing belt & Alternator. I feel like I shouldn't have 2 pay for this cause u must of put in a bad Alternator.… See more
