Jose the manager was beyond awesome. He worked it out for me. Also, the technician was well knowledgeable of his job. Customer service was great the entire time.
no value for time.... I gave them the keys at 12 pm and they said that it would be done I. an hour and a half... it's almost 2 and the car has not even been taken into the garage. Service sucks.... the lady returned the keys and told me that I did not have an appointment. she said that they cater to appointments first. these are things that you say when someone is handing over the keys and not when they are taking them back.... Pep Boys sucks for me now.... not coming back to this outlet. wasted my day
