Had an apt for an oil change that I was waiting for. Said it would be done in an hour and a half. After 2 hours I asked when it would be done. “Maybe in 45 minutes or you can make another appointment”. Seriously, another appointment. Told them I was waiting for it when I made the appointment and when I arrived for the appointment. Never going back. Neither are the 3 other people that drive in my house .
charge the advertised price not double the price. they are a RIP Off.
Poor service, Inexperienced "technicians" and overall scumbag thieves who pay their techs OVER $120 DOLLARS AN HOUR for awful AWFUL work. The maximum for the market for most warranties is $93/HR. BE AWARE OF THIS AS THEY SURELY AREN'T. If your car has a warranty and something catastrophic happens, do not rely on pep boys. This is the 4th time we bring our car to this pep boys and the last.
