The worst customer service in the world for the most expensive price. I have finally learned my lesson from pepboys. One time I had brought my car in for some wheel issues and they quoted me 1300 bucks. I then called 7 other mechanics and got the problem fixed for 450 and the work was great. Then I trusted pepboys to do an oil change and they stripped my drain tube so other places will refuse to change my oil.
