horrible, scam artists. they take advantage of you. had 2 different people inspect my car , a day apart, left the car there so I couldn't have done anything to it and all of a sudden i needed tires, rotors, pads. Do not patronize them. shop local, go support local garages, not this corporate bull crap.

Spent way to much time there, almost 3 hours for some tires being replaced. Unacceptable. However I did get a nice discount.

It was too cold to change my oil, so I decided to call around for pricing. Pep Boys was a couple bucks more expensive, but Mark (service adviser) was so nice on the phone I decided to bite the bullet. Glad I did. Fast, friendly service, and he included a coupon that more than made up for the difference in price. One of the guys that worked there even gave my daughters a couple of Matchbox cars. Thanks fellas, will definitely be back when I'm too lazy or too cold to do the job myself.
