In the past 1 1/2 years ..I've put close to $2k into my car..2001 Toyota Corolla..this is only the second car I've owned...77 thousand miles on it..I don't drive it everyday...anyway, I've had the 70000 mile full service package, new struts,Brake rotars and pads, new evaporation canister and new seasonal tires...between the coupons, gift cards and special deals( BUY 4 tires get 1 free) I've saved over $500 and they have done a PHENOMENAL JOB! The preying on female motorist never ends they are trying to tell me a brand new car with less than 15k miles need all new brakes and tires. I was just at Firestone earlier this week for a plug and was told the truth (tires & brakes are fine) This should be criminal.
COMPLETELY SCRAPED MY CAR - 2 and a half foot scrape . NEVER GO HERE
Wait time for a simple tire patch job is horrible. 1 hour so far. The employees are walking around chatting and goofing off and I'm sitting here stewing. Pep Boys on McKnight is far far superior.
these people will ruin your car, untrained, low skill mechanics, with little experience, horrible customer service, take your car elsewhere if you want it fixed correctly
