RecommendedAll I have to say is that Liberty GMC salesman Ryan Shippy is the man. He made the car buying experience fun and hassle free. I live in El Paso Tx and through a few phone calls and text messages Mr Shippy provided me with a great deal that beat my two hometown dealers by a lot. They even found me a better bank loan rate. I flew to Phoenix the next morning and was picked up at the airport by Mr. Shippy. I was able to drive my shiny new GMC Terrain Denali home that same afternoon. Thank you to Ryan and Liberty GMC.
After buying a used truck at another dealership in February which turned out to be a huge problem, Ryan Shippy helped me to get into a reliable vehicle that I love. He was honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. When Ryan handed me off to the finance professional, Hobby, the excellent service continued. My questions were answered and the paperwork was processed in record time allowing me to complete my transaction without spending an entire day at the dealership.

I went to Liberty GMC expecting to pay an arm and leg to repair my 2007 GMC Yukon but I ended up getting a great trade in price and leaving with a 2015 GMC Terrain. Ryan Shippy was awesome and walked me through every step of the process. Not once did I feel pressured or obligated to purchase anything. My customer service experience was of the charts. I will be coming back and purchasing another vehicle.
