UPDATE: After sending $70k on a new vehicle and buying the $8k extended warranty, the shifter stopped working. It literally takes my wife 10-30 times turning on the car and turning off the car to get it into park. The warranty promises "immediate service," "trip interruption, and a replacement vehicle in between." All calls for service have gone unreturned. A replacement vehicle while our $80k GMC Denali is in out of order is quote "not available" and they do not stand behind their promise to customers. 25 phone calls later,... read more

James helped me and my wife get two new vehicles. Liberty GMC made us feel at home and were very helpful in both processes and James was a great salesman and never made us feel pressured to make a purchase.
We were planning to just look around at options for a new truck, but Kolton was such a charismatic and helpful salesman that we ended up buying a new GMC Canyon on the spot! He was extremely in tune with our needs, and we ended up finding the perfect truck for us. I highly recommend Kolton, and this dealership in general, as the whole team made the experience very pleasant and efficient.
I bought a used vehicle from liberty it broke down within 3 days. Took it back and they ‘fixed’ it and sent me down the road only for it to break down 2 days later. It has now been in the shop for over 2 weeks and no one at liberty will call me back to fix the situation or get me a temporary truck so I can go about my daily life. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
