I was in desperate need for a vehicle and knew nothing about financing cars but sales associate Kolton Vadnal came and helped me through each and every process and was very patient with me and answered any questions I had. he is super friendly and very outgoing and you can really tell he cares about his job and helping his customers find exactly what they’re looking for!
I recently purchased a new vehicle from Liberty GMC, Ryan Shippy was our sales associate. He was absolutely amazing took the time to show us various vehicles not to mention it was raining outside ! They have great customer service. Will definitely recommend any family members and friends that are looking to purchase a new vehicle.

My service experience today was unacceptable. I had an appointment scheduled weeks ago for a basic oil change. I was told the wait would be up 2 hours. Up until today, I have been very faithful to Liberty since I bought my car there. Today was a game changer, especially when I was told by the service manager that people showed up without appointments.
Awesome Customer service starting with the Sales Rep Robert Pitman, to the sales manager Mathew Marlowe, then to finance manager Hobby Nelson and insurance agent Diana Bowman, KUDOS to all, most especially to Robert who really took care of us from the beginning all the way end and even went above and beyond!!! Thank you all very much, Mahalo nui loa 🤙🏼 we love our new truck 🥰
Josh Lapadera was awesome! No lies , made the deal work and will continue to go to him. Finance was quick and great to deal with as well. I highly recommend giving them a chance to make a deal.
