Leonard was really great to work with! He made excellent suggestions and was completely unflappable when faced with the plumbing and electrical issues left behind after the original condo conversion of our building (before we lived here). Peter, the workman assigned to us, was incredibly tidy and his attention to detail was very impressive. We would definitely recommend People's Choice and look forward to future projects with them!

I needed to replace an old and rotting back staircase on a tow-flat. Leonard was responsive, on time for all preliminary appointments, and prompt with his proposal. Once hired, he lived up to all the quality promises he made - workmanship, materials, finishing. All of this was delivered on time and on budget during the winter months.
