Excellent work by 2 professionals, our porch met the deadline despite bad weather. Our porch is beautiful. Leonard is straight forward with his quotes and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended to tackle home improvement projects.

About five years ago I had People's Choice replace a large front porch and a staircase in the backyard. My experience with owner Leonard ****** and his workers was so tremendous that I just used their services again. Every summer, swarms of bees would create hives by entering tiny holes formed in the deteriorating underside of my back porch. Leonard came out to survey the situation and assured me that he would repair the damage to my complete satisfaction. This company was completely upfront and professional. They built two porches for us and did an excellent job. The workers were professional, the workmanship was as good as it gets. There are many porch companies in Chicago - and these guys did what I consider to be excellent work. Doing something like rebuilding a porch can be tricky - people need to do a professional job, show up on time, create a solid footing/foundation and make the whole job look great. GERALD R I researched many home improvement companies and selected People's Choice Home Improvement Co. to completely rebuild the front porch as well as the enclosed rear porch on the two unit property I own and reside. This fall, I was in need of a new roof and siding for my dormers which were causing a lot of water damage inside of the house. I had a string of other contractors/roofers come to the house before I found Leonard-none would commit or told me there was nothing they would do until spring. Leonard came out right away, made recommendations, and took my budget into account.
