We can't say enough good things about Leonard and his team at Peoples Choice. Starting with our first meeting, Leonard was on time, prepared, and transparent with information. He quickly followed up with a quote, which was totally itemized to help us understand exactly what was ahead of us. We recently hired People's Choice to replace the wooden deck on the rear of our home. Leonard and his crew were extremely responsive from the time I initially contacted him through (and beyond) the completion of the project. Leonard was a straight talker and delivered exactly what he promised he would. His crew, led by Paul, were polite and professional in every respect. Leonard and his team was nothing less than stellar in rebuilding our back porch. We were educated on what to look for as we met with other contractors. Even though Peopleâ s Choice was our highest estimate the quality of the work and materials was worth every penny. We hired Leonard to remodel our dream master bathroom. It was my husband and I's first major home project and Leonard helped us with where to buy the fixtures, tile, etc. and was very patient with all our questions! He was upfront with us about what would and would not be possible with the space. I felt very involved every step of the way. Beginning In August of 2018, I had multiple jobs that needed to be completed in and around our 2-flat in Chicago. I received multiple quotes for each.
