I met with Leonard to discuss the project and he listened to what I wanted. He offerred suggestions and showed me samples of his work. Once the wrok was started the whole project went very smoothly and in a timely manner. Peter did most of the work and his craftsmanship is incredible. My new bathroom looks amazing. Leonard and his people did a good professional job of rebuilding our kitchen. They completed the work within 2 weeks, more time than the original estimate only because we asked for more work to be done than the original estimeate. The cabinets he purchased are beautiful and solid. They will last for a very long time. However, Leonard did not take into consideration the lack of space within the cabinets for storing plates (9"), pots and pans etc. The result is we have much less storage space than we had before the remodel. Leonard came out, gave me a fair price for new chimney, four new lintils, and tuckpointing parapet wall around the house. Work performed was great quality. Crew cleaned up at night and kept areas clean and neat. As a result, they did our neighbor's house as well. Would wholeheartedly hire his company again.
Everyone from People's Choice exceeded our expectations on our major rehab. After a flood destroyed all three floors of our home, Peoples Choice rebuilt/repaired practically every surface of our house, and finished the job a few days early so we could get back into our home. This is the most professional company I have ever hired. From Leonard's estimate all the way through to the completion of the project, everything was top notch. John and Mike are not workmen, but rather craftsmen. Every little detail was attended to perfectly.
