The walk in Center at Andover has been a great addition to our area. I love how convenient it is and I feel the doctors are all very knowledgeable and professional. Service is always quick.
I’ve been to the Andover location of ExpressCare several times in the past and have always been seen quickly. The doctors listen well to symptoms, do not rush to prescribe medications and offer homeopathic remedies. Today I had a tick embedded in my leg. Dr Mary Lynn Joe quickly removed it. She showed the little beast to me, pointed out the legs and pincers will still on the tick and not left behind under my skin. Great attention nice doctors,however the front desk not to informative on ins.never asked me what my problem was either at the desk,and my ins. Or me could not get thru on phones. experience high volume of calls went right to the answering service why who knows!
I like this place, clean organized good attention!
I have been to the walk-in twice in the last 10 months. It is very convenient to my place of employment. I was seen by the same Dr both times and due to his diligence He determined I was type 2 diabetic. I wish I could remember his name to thank him personally
