RecommendedI highly recommend Pentucket Medical, except yesterday I was instructed to go upstairs to the office and I was forgot about. I waited 30 mins till I finally found a nurse to check on my appointment. I was there 45 minutes to to get a shot that should have taken 5 min.

RecommendedI have been a patient here for more than 20 years! I absolutely love Dr Mary Schwartz and I am sad to learn my favorite NP Melissa has moved on. Was a bit confusing with all the Covid restrictions going on. But as always they are so polite!! I wish I got the name of the sweet woman in the lab! She was wonderful! She’s the pretty lady with flowers in her room! She deserves a raise! Even with long wait and training of new people. I will still continue to put my trust in Pentucket Medical! Always professional
RecommendedI had a Zoom meeting with NP Erin Hoolihan. She was very helpful and came up with many suggestions to help me manage sinus issues. She is very knowledgeable and personable I have been a patient of PMA for Over 20 years and am very pleased With the services.
It has been 40 minutes and I am still waiting on the phone to get ahold of my doctor.

RecommendedI received a call at 10 AM that I was to be in the parking lot at 1033 I arrived at 1030 and waited until 11 which was my scheduled time The NP was unaware that my pre op clearance was also my annual. Mark took care of both but it seems communicating is a problem. The tech told me that there were no functioning EKG machines and she could not hear my BP on her retake I told her it was wrong and when Mark checked it Iwas right I have been a patient of Dr. Beausoid’s for 30 plus years and plan on staying but feel your ancillary... read more
