Very kind staff. Dr. Rodriguez was great. Beautiful, well equipped facility. I was treated immediately, and when x- ray revealed a broken bone I was able to walk into Northeast Orthopedics right next door and be treated by incredible specialists right away. So happy to have this complex in Andover!
Yes I went to Express Care in Andover very quick service and testing this was my first experience at the Care Center I would recommend it highly the NP Maria was awesome very warm and caring
They were very professional and polite
I was visiting from out of town and feeling poorly. I got there 20 minutes before closing time. They were so helpful! After my vitals and history were taken, I was given an x-ray and a breathing treatment and a diagnosis of pneumonia and sent my way. They were extremely kind and efficient!
I went to the express care for the first time n the experience was great, excellent care, Judy was awesome n the rest of the staff also in n out in awesome time when recommend to everyone
I had an excellent experience going to Pentucket Medical Urgent Care facility in Andover Ma. The facility was clean, bright and very welcoming. I was greeted by the front office and checked in right away. The nurse and Dr Rancier were professional and very caring. I would definitely not hesitate to return to this medical facility if the need ever risers in the future
