After calling several companies in the area i had nothing after a call from Luis all my anxiety went out the window, helped me out same day. which is wonderful he was very friendly and comforting. there need to be more like him. and i rehired him on several other appraisals i needed Thank you thank you thank you
Very Professional, quick response to my request and receiving final appraisal.
He lied and told me he was familiar with the area my house is in. The pictures of what he claims are comparable to my house are laughable. I would like to know the addresses of these houses he claims are comps. Very unhappy with Penser Appraisers. I made a terrible error taking this company from HomeAdvisor list of appraisers and a waste of $450.00
