I really appreciate contractors that keep their word. Made appointment and they were right on time. Let me know when they would have the appraisal completed and the appraisal arrived as promised. I highly recommend Penser Appraisals.

That was one of the worst mistakes I made by hiring this guy. Not only the work he did was sloppy he took forever before he released our home appraisal report, which was totally off compared to other professionals in the same field. Please stay away from this guy (by the name Luis ******* Penagos) for any home appraisal report you might need to generate !!!!

On April 16th we received the lead to provide appraisal services to Mr. Hebed, we immediately called him and were able to set up an appointment for the appraisal for April 19th at 12:00 noon. I arrived at site for the inspection at 11:58 am and met with Mr. Hebed and proceeded to perform the Inspection for the appraisal. When I finished the on-site inspection I approached Mr. Hebed and told him that our turn time would be 4 business days which would make it April 25th. Luis was excellent!! He was very thorough in his evaluation and even took the extra time to ask me about all the modifications I had made to my property in order to take this into account when evaluating the property value. He was always available when I called him. He sent me the completed appraisal within the time frame he had promised. He s a man of his word and we all now that s not easy to find these days. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I m extremely happy with the results!!
