History Established in 2013. Penny's Pit was built from the ground up and is family owned and operated. Ryan and Christina Klundt, along with Christina's father David and sister Nichole started Penny's with minimal savings and income, without any business loans.David came up with the name "Penny's Pit" after Christina and Ryan's pit bull dog Penny. Finally tried this place. AWESOME. Had a Presley Melt & fries...both were over the top. Great job!

Let me just say, I had the best dining experience tonight that I've had in a very long time. We love burgers. Like really love burgers. And we've had almost every "good" burger in town and tonight we've had THE BEST. We decided to head to Penny's Pit for an early dinner and was sat almost immediately. Decorated pretty cool, interesting creative burger menu...no veggie burger?? Seems like a place that serves "gormet" burgers should offer vegetarian stuff too. I would if it were my place.
