History Established in 2013. Penny's Pit was built from the ground up and is family owned and operated. Ryan and Christina Klundt, along with Christina's father David and sister Nichole started Penny's with minimal savings and income, without any business loans.David came up with the name "Penny's Pit" after Christina and Ryan's pit bull dog Penny. RecommendedAlways have great food and the atmosphere is amazing. Very limited seating but always worth the wait.
Burgers/sandwiches/fries are DELICIOUS!!! Very affordable. Very small restaurant w/ a bar. They’re in between a laundromat & a gas station so first looks can be deceiving. You walk into a nice remodeled cafe size restaurant. They definitely deserve to be in a bigger stand alone space. Did I mention their food is AWESOME?! 5 stars; you have to check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

Got hung up on. And the girl said I was rude when I wasn’t. She belittled me when I missed what was on the website.. then I called back and told them I didn’t appreciate being hung up on and the guy said that I called the girl rude.. which was a lie!!!!
Just got my family’s food delivered from penny’s pit. Absolutely delicious and we live technically in cda so so very happy to be able to get their food. Again, they make the best burger ever.
We love Penny's Pit everything about it is wonderful! The burgers, fries and onion rings are the best anywhere!
