I have been going to Pennyroyal for about seven years. I am one of those people who need weekly therapy. I also have a condition where I disassociate and sometimes lose time. So for missing 3 appts in 3 months, I was banned for 6 months. Picture that for a second.. they ban you when you come to them for help with the very issues you need help with. Been here for a hour. No one has seen me yet . All they've had me do so far is fill out some paperwork and have a seat. Some of us have a life to attend to, other than sit and wait all day for a simple evaluation.

This time of year is traumatizing to many of us that live alone. As for me, I think of those that I love that are no longer with me. All I have is time to think, and lots of it. This year I got so depressed and had such overwhelming anxiety, that I turned to look for help. I've never felt such strong depression and anxiety ever before.
