My husband and I just moved down here from Ashland KY and needed to found a place for us to get mental health help and was only seen 2 times but when we needed some important papers done about our Cis we couldn't get it done because they flat out refused to help us zero stars
My brother was seen there twice. He has myloma cancer and was diagnosed with schizophrenia and psychosis. He relies on his CIS and social security check to live and desperately needed them to write out a statement that he was adapting to social life and integrating into local society for the food stamp office so that he could get his check to be able to live because he just moved down here with me from Ashland KY due to bad living conditions. I have been going to Pennyroyal for about seven years. I am one of those people who need weekly therapy. I also have a condition where I disassociate and sometimes lose time. So for missing 3 appts in 3 months, I was banned for 6 months. Picture that for a second.. they ban you when you come to them for help with the very issues you need help with. I am done with this place and all their games. Just avoid at all costs, and save yourself from the callous phone people.. and the people who pretend to listen to you, but just can... read more
I have one of the best counselors in the building...she really listen and understands me....thumbs up for you.....!!!
Been here for a hour. No one has seen me yet . All they've had me do so far is fill out some paperwork and have a seat. Some of us have a life to attend to, other than sit and wait all day for a simple evaluation.
