What do i like about Penny: tells the truth, admits if she doesn’t know something. Always there to take care of things. I can tell Penny cares and does best to underpromise and overdeliver. this is also a like, and also a dislike: straightforwardness and honesty. Can upset you with truth if not in the right mood. My home is sold, and she took care of my trash when i was out of state.

We hired Penny in February to sell our home in Naperville. She went above and beyond every step of the way. She helped us get our house ready for listing by sending over a staging company which was so helpful! She also created an amazing marketing video of our home that really highlighted our house and the area.
