I contacted Penny about 6 months before we listed our house for sale. She quickly came out to our property and gave us ideas on which projects to focus on and how to get our house ready to list and show. We listed in October 2017, received multiple offers and closed in January 2018 for $5,000 over asking price. Throughout the process Penny was always available to answer questions and explain each step. She has a great sense of humor that was very much appreciated. She was a pleasure to work with!

We started working with Penny several months before relocating to Olympia WA. We emailed Penny a description of the type of house we were looking for along with a list of our deal breakers and must haves. Penny would check new listings each week and refer us to the houses that closest met what we were looking for. My family and I moved crossed the world well it felt that way. We starting talking to Penny about a month before the big move. She immediately sent us listings of homes that meet our needs. Thoughtful, attentive, very responsive. Excellent to work with. We were new to the area, renting for about a year, and Penny made the experience of buying a house relatively easy. Penny was amazing! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would get immediate response from her. She was available to view homes when I wanted to go view homes. She made my home-buying experience in Lacey, WA a great one in this high-demand area. Penny is very friendly and trustworthy!
