Penny is the most amazing realtor to work with. She is down to earth and immediately feels like a friend. She communicated well with our whole home buying team. She worked late nights to show us houses and draw up paperwork. She was always quick to respond and answered any questions we had. If she didn't know an answer, she asked for us then got back to us. She made our home buying experience easy. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling.

Penny just got my house sold! I’m very impressed with her positive energy and her unwavering dedication to get the job done. I have worked with several agents in the last several years and Penny is by far the best agent I have ever worked with in Real Estate. Penny is the best! We were first time home buyers and she was so patient and knowledgable! She was very honest with us in giving her feedback and helped us know what things to focus on. She was always super responsive to us even though we asked a ton of questions! We moved out of state and she even got us hooked up with a realtor in our new local area! Penny is the best! It was my first time buying a home and our first time with a new construction. She was patient with answering my million questions. We were looking to by in the Olympia area from across the country and had to trust the realtor to help us. Really felt like Penny had our best interests in mind during this process. We were comfortable asking her questions and getting an honest and grounded opinion back.
