Penny is wonderful. We were living out of state (NV) and she handled everything! We went in completely blind, and had to trust her 100%. It could have been a horrible experience, but she made the process easy and low stress. Penny was amazing, and we are looking forward to working with her agian in the future! A true professional. She made our life much easier and helped us make the best decisions. We were stationed overseas and didn't quite understand the process of selling a house.
