This is the second time in two visits I have severely been disappointed. The first time you were closed 20 minutes early with the door already locked just ignoring me. The second time I asked for a very specific order and almost got the exact opposite. The lady taking my order tonight basically just sorta ignored all of my requests. FOUR YEARS LATER, I thought I'd give Penn Station a second chance.....Penn Station has great tasting subs and I love their French fries. But the Customer Service at this location!? Is TERRABLE!! This time in 2027, I am second in line. With two employees it still took them 20 minutes just to make me a chicken parmesan sandwich! I only get 30 minutes for my lunch break! Food was wonderful! I got the club kids meal, which comes with a cookie. I get home start to unwrap my sandwich and fries. But there's no cookie Oh well, then as I'm eating my fries I see something brown at the bottom. WHY was it my. Cookie?? Who puts fries on top of a cookie & why wasn't it wrapped separately?
I love their food and the staff was pretty good although the guy taking my order could have talked a little louder but over all they have some of the best fast food around.
