I had to bring a sandwich back I made a mistake and I would have re paid for my sandwich this man told me I can go somewhere else ! Clair Weyant has horrible customer service and he said he was a manager
Penn station can be hot or miss, but they have gotten so much better lately. They used to skimp on the toppings for sandwiches but now you actually get a decent amount. The employees are much nicer and more professional than ever. Good job getting better!

Shift manager Korin made our experience absolutely terrible. He is completely unprofessional, cursing in front of our children (even after acknowledging he shouldn't be cursing in front of children). Food not made to order. With such terrible customer service skills, there's no reason he should be labeled a manager. When I asked for his General managers information, all he gave was a cell phone number. He had no email information, claims he doesn't know the corporate phone number.
