They very professional and food out fast and delicious. All staff was kind and helpful. 10/10 would recommend 😍🥰. Abby made sure my order was correct and I was satisfied.
Bread was not cooked well, so it’s very doughy and chewy. Did an online order and when I went to the counter to get it the employee was RUDE! She also looked very unclean and unkept which is a huge turn off when patronizing a restaurant. The sandwich was customized (when I made the online order) but they made it like the menu list it. I know that they saw the customizations, because it was on the grill ticket! Overall the restaurant looks dirty, and floors are sticky! Will not go to this location again.
Food is usually fresh and comes out pretty quick. Customer service is pretty good as well nothing really to complain about!
If I could give them 0 stars on service I would. Honestly I'm just a doordash driver so I don't really require that much respect. I get my order I go about my business. But genuinely the only thing that I get so confused with is being completely ignored. How can I walk in somewhere where there is only two customers at, sit and stand right next to the pickup area for 12 minutes, and literally not a single employee say a word to me? The food is tasty. The staff is friendly! The restaurant is clean. There is plenty of seating and the parking lot is large.
