First time eating here, service was very excellent. With a working lady bringing out food and cleaning while socializing with customers correctly. Their sandwiches didn't really spark my interest, but I can appreciate their service.
Got my entire order wrong and has done it many times prior. Tired of dealing with the same mistakes.
The bread was too hard. Very slim portion . The girl handed my bag without my fries. I had to go back and get a very slim order. And $18.00 for sandwich and tiny small fry.
East Washington Penn Station has gone down hill with their staff and service. Both of my orders were wrong, and the staff were rude when I went to pick up my order. Going to try Shadeland or Greenfield from now on.
I ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 fries-take out. Looked in the bag, thought there were 2 orders of fries. Get home to find only 1 order of fries! What I actually saw was the 1 order of fries that was there was dumped over and at quick glance looked like 2 orders!! Tried calling but no one answered!! Food too expensive these days to not get what you paid for!!!
