Shoulder surgery was a success!!! Dr. Kim and the medical staff took excellent care of me and I'm so thankful!!! Everyone did their part to make sure I was comfortable, not so nervous and made me feel like a person not just a patient!!!

My favorite hospital and health care teams. Always so kind, quick, honest, I could go on forever. I wouldn't use any other hospital in the South Central Pennsylvania area.
The health care offered at Milton S. Hershey Medical is unsurpassed. The physicians speak with knowledge and compassion in terms that are understood. The nurses are awesome. Kimbra and Mary Ellen that work with my surgical team are superior in every aspect. I spent four days and three nights in SICU post surgery. Nurses like Jessica, Sara Ann, Sara and many others made the hours much more passable. They are angels.
From the doctors and nurses to the custodians and food service, everyone we encountered at the hospital during our stay was so very kind and helpful! We appreciate so very much enjoying the privilege of living so close to a world-class medical facility!
This is an amazing facility!!! After my mother was in Chambersburg Hospital, having daily TIA's b/c she had blocked carotid arteries, right 80-90% and left 60-70%. Dr. Guthrie, the general surgeon viewed the MRI's, MRA and Ultrasound results and said she could go home and surgery could wait for 3-4 weeks. Even we were intelligent enough to know that each of these TIA's were leading to a major stroke. After my daughter sustained a dog bite to her face the evening of the Super bowl February 7th, 2016 I rushed her to St. Joseph Medical Center in Reading PA. We were told her injury would require plastic surgery. The ER doctor consulted the on call plastic surgeon at Hershey Medical Center who said we would need to follow up in the next day or so with their plastic surgery team.
