I had an appointment in the Radiology Department yesterday afternoon. The technician was pleasant and kind. She explained everything as she worked and chatted with me about stuff in general. I was very comfortable with her. Another job well done! Thank you.
Yesterday, I had a MOYS surgical procedure to remove a basal cell carcinoma from the tip of my nose. My experience from yesterday was positive with Dr. Cartee and staff. I was quite nervous at first, however was calmed by everyone in the room. Dr. Cartee was optimistic he was able to remove all cancerous tissue and with a future cosmetic procedure, a will have minimal scaring.
I always love Hershey med center but the er sucks it takes long to b seen and to go home
Dr. Harkins and his team is the best. And omg, the nurses that have been taking care of me are heaven sent.
They were great with my daughter and made her feel so comfortable the entire visit!!!
They are very courteous and well prepared for situations that come rapidly and are honest as well as ready to comfort and listen to your needs and involve you in their plan of care. They make sure you and your family members are updated, refreshed and involve as well in care plan as long as permission is given by patient. I truly feel reassured after the long ride to get there. Hershey Hospital is definitely a great choice of care!!!
