I was charged my regular special visit co-pay. In addition, I was charged an additional fee for the same visit. Upon speaking with my insurance company, I was told any doctor a patient sees that is associated with the hospital, will be charged an additional fee. Patients are not being informed of this and it is deceitful. This is not best practice for quality services. They refused to treat me. left me hanging for a week. Now are trying to make it look like it was my fault. unethical, rude and INCONSIDERATE work force.
RecommendedGreat place to take your kids for care but the adult side of the ED seems to be lacking a bit. The interactions I had with those who cared for me were great but then I seemed to be forgotten. Never received my tests results and have work in the morning so I had to leave. Couldn't even find a nurse to talk to before walking out.
They have some of the most talented Sports Medicine Physicians in Central PA. If you have a sports injury and need surgical intervention they are the surgeons to trust with your care. Top Notched!!!

Their emergency room is a nightmare ! And getting in to see a specialist is crying shame ! I have a daughter who deals with painful cluster migraines and has a damaged eye from them and had to wait a year to see someone and when she went in she never got passed the assistant to see the Doctor ! Your Hospital has changed so much ; it is like if your not a Club Member you don't get in !!!!!! What happened to your wonderful Center ???? It is all about money / not the patients !
