Staff here is amazing! My parents were sent here after an accident and received nothing short of the best possible care they could. We had to drive 3 1/2 hrs to get here to be with them and their nurses on 3 South were very accommodating to make sure not only they were comfortable but us as well. We were very pleased with everything and thank the staff tremendously for all their hard work and dedication to their patients.

To the Doctors, and Nurses of the Vascular surgery department. Plus everyone from the custodial to the dietary departments. I just want to say Thank You soo much for the Excellent care I received. Dr. Han, you, and your team of surgeons are hands down the best. All my questions, and concerns were addressed, and time was taken as well, making sure I fully understood what was going on. I will no longer recommend Hershey Medical Center to anyone to have surgery. yes their doctors and nurses are very kind and polite but I do have to say their surgical Wing sucks. I recently have a family member that was taken in for surgery and was not given a room along with about 8 other people yesterday . They still have no rooms available for these people they've been laying in the hallways or the recovery room. The staff and doctors are always up to date with the newest medical information. I have been a patient there many times on several different floors. No matter where I was, the care was top notch. I have learned that it's ok to ask questions and it's comforting to trust the staff.

Our ER experience was absolutely horrendous.. The hospital should be ashamed of the staff they currently have representing them.

Our son has been here 4 weeks. The doctors, nurses, and staff have taken great care of him. The ChildLife staff has been great in helping to keep him busy and not thinking about missing school or not being home, which is 45 minutes away. We thank everyone who is taking care of him. Bless each of you.

My experience with this hospital is getting progressively worse. I get to watch my wife suffer as she is treated by apathetic nurses and doctors that are too busy for their own good. They don't even have the decency to come back to the rooms when they said they would, instead they put orders in with no explanation to anyone. if I ever get sick I DO NOT want to be brought here.
